  Mr. Arnold Golz Jr., owner and operator of Oakside Construction, Inc. AKA: Oakside Inc., AKA: New Suffolk Millworks, (AGACG, LLC) breached our Signed Contract and we had to issue a 'Cease and Desist Letter' directly to (AGACG, LLC) and their attorney, because we NEVER received any payment and any of my 9 personally designed very high-end to be built Custom GOBBI Furniture pieces as promised for our 10+ Months’ of Professional Creative Design & Consulting Services. My Design partner and I went completely above and beyond with our previous client on numerous completed contracted Design and Consulting Projects. We invited our former client Mr. Golz into our private residence on countless occasions for late evening dinner meetings. We still don't know if any of the things he told and mentioned to us was actually truthful, we eventually found out that he was extremely misleading too us and that is quite sad especially on a personal and business level. So to anyone considering working with or potentially hiring Arnold Golz (OCI), seriously ‘BUYER BEWARE’ so you don't get totally screwed, taken advantage of and outright lied to as we were by his incredibly unprofessional, and totally dishonest, untrustworthy and deceptive business practices. Mr. Arnold Golz Jr. co-owner of Oakside Construction, Inc. (AKA: New Suffolk Millworks), is NOT a man of his words and has ZERO integrity whatsoever! Additionally, he is incapable of honoring his obligations of our Signed Contract and numerous Verbal Agreements and Handshakes. Also Mr. Golz (AGACG, LLC) has yet to pay his outstanding substantial bill and debt, plus interest to us. *Substantial Payment NEVER Received – Past Due! [Fraudulent Business]
  
  *Owed to us. My personally designed very high-end to be built 9 Custom GOBBI Furniture pieces which consists of: Macassar Ebony Dining Room Table, 2 Macassar Ebony Dining Room Table Matching Benches, Hard Maple Quarter-sawn Butcher Block Table Top, American Black Walnut Coffee Table, American Black Walnut Side Tables, American Black Walnut Entertainment Stand, Heavy Duty American Black Walnut KING Size Platform Bed + Interest. That is 9 High-End Pieces of Furniture that were NEVER built or delivered as promised, absolutely pathetic!
  
  Besides personally witnessing his anger management issues first-hand. I have also witnessed on numerous occasions Arnold Golz owner of (OCI) (NSM) speaking derogatory about his clients and suppliers. One of his past clients have directly mentioned to me that he, Mr. Golz (OCI) takes their full payment and does NOT complete the job that he (OCI) was hired to do. Also directly mentioned to me by another former client of his, was that Arnold Golz did NOT pay for a service that was completed and picked up buy one of his (OCI) employees. I hope this can help whoever is reading this make an informed and educated decision by not hiring a incredibly unprofessional, and totally dishonest contractor/family-run construction company, so you don’t get royally screwed.
  
  If you are taking the time to read this and you intending or potentially plan on hiring or doing any kind of business with Mr. Arnold Golz Jr. and Oakside Construction, Inc. (AKA: New Suffolk Millworks), just make sure you have your attorney on standby!
  
  I, Casey Gobbi of GOBBI DESIGN am willing to take down this honest review only if Full Payment and Restitution is made In Full + Interest. And if ALL my 9 High-End Pieces of Custom Furniture is made and delivered. But I highly doubt that I will ever see any Payment and Restitution whatsoever due to personally knowing how Mr. Arnold Golz Jr. (OCI) (NSM) operates his fraudulent so-called business.
  
  The only thing we've ever seen from Arnold Golz Jr. was some wood shavings (pictured), utterly pathetic!!!
  
  Owners/operators Arnold and Amanda Golz, where is our 9 High-End Pieces of Custom Furniture / Money + Interest you rightfully owe us?!
  
  Since you, Arnold Golz (OCI) are incapable of fulfilling your obligations to us by making our Custom Furniture, we except Cash, all major Credit Cards and Certified Bank Checks.
